Ambassador of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam presents Letters of Credence


H.E. Vo Thanh Nam, Ambassador Designate of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam signs visitors book upon his arrival at the State House ready to present Letters of Credence to H.E. Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete, President of the United Republic of Tanzania today in Dar es Salaam.

President Kikwete congratulates H.E. Vo Thanh Nam, new Ambassador of Vietnam to the United Republic of Tanzania after he presented his Letters of Credence.

Ambassador Vo Thanh Nam greets Mr. Adam Isara, Foreign Service Officer in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation.  

President Kikwete in a discussion with Ambassador Vo Thanh Nam on areas of cooperation between the two countries including agriculture, fisheries and maritime transport.

Also during the Brass Band ceremony were Foreign Service Officers from the Embassy of the Vietnam and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation.
